By enrolling in any course at Q8 Moto Academy, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before registering.
1. Enrollment & Registration
Enrollment is confirmed only after the completion of the registration process and full payment of course fees.
Trainees must provide accurate personal information, including identification documents, as required by UAE regulations.
Q8 Moto Academy reserves the right to refuse admission if eligibility criteria are not met.
2. Course Fees & Payment Policy
All fees must be paid in advance before the start of training.
Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the academy cancels a course.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of that session.
3. Course Structure & Changes
Q8 Moto Academy reserves the right to modify course schedules, content, or instructors without prior notice.
Sessions canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, technical issues) will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
4. Use of Motorcycles & Equipment
Academy motorcycles and safety gear are provided solely for training purposes.
Trainees must handle motorcycles and equipment responsibly and return them in good condition after use.
Any intentional or negligent damage caused by the trainee will be charged accordingly.
5. Safety & Compliance
Safety is our highest priority. All trainees must wear approved protective gear during training.
Riders must follow the instructions of instructors at all times.
Trainees found under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances will be immediately removed from training without refund.
6. Health & Medical Fitness
By enrolling, trainees confirm they are medically fit to participate in motorcycle training.
Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed before registration.
Q8 Moto Academy is not liable for health issues arising during training due to undisclosed conditions.
7. Liability & Insurance
While every effort is made to ensure trainee safety, motorcycle riding involves inherent risks.
Q8 Moto Academy is not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, or loss of property during training.
Trainees are advised to carry personal health and accident insurance.
8. Code of Conduct
Respectful behavior towards instructors, staff, and fellow trainees is mandatory.
Aggressive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of training without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All course materials, training content, logos, and branding are the property of Q8 Moto Academy.
Copying, recording, or redistributing training materials without permission is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the UAE.
Any disputes shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
