Rules & Regulations

To ensure the safety, professionalism, and smooth operation of our training programs, all trainees must strictly follow the rules and regulations below. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to abide by these terms.


1. Safety Gear & Equipment

  • All trainees must wear the required protective gear at all times, including a helmet, gloves, boots, and appropriate riding attire.

  • Helmets must be properly fastened, and visors or protective glasses must be used for eye protection.

  • Safety gear provided by the academy must be returned in good condition after each session.


2. Attendance & Punctuality

  • Trainees are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled training session.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced training time and will not be compensated.

  • Repeated lateness may lead to suspension from the course.


3. Eligibility & Licensing

  • Participants must hold a valid learner’s permit or driving license, as required under UAE traffic regulations.

  • Riders under the minimum legal age will not be permitted to join practical sessions.


4. Alcohol, Drugs & Fitness to Ride

  • The use of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that impair riding ability is strictly prohibited.

  • Any trainee found under the influence will be immediately removed from training, and fees will be forfeited.

  • Riders must be physically fit and free from medical conditions that may compromise safety while riding.


5. Training Motorcycles

  • Academy motorcycles are to be used only for training purposes and under the supervision of instructors.

  • Reckless riding, stunts, or misuse of academy motorcycles will result in immediate suspension.

  • Any intentional damage to motorcycles or equipment will be charged to the trainee.


6. Conduct During Training

  • Trainees must follow the instructions of their assigned instructor at all times.

  • Unsafe riding, aggressive behavior, or failure to follow directions will not be tolerated.

  • Respectful behavior towards instructors, fellow riders, and staff is mandatory.


7. Payments & Cancellations

  • All course fees must be paid in full before training begins.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

  • No-shows without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited without refund.


8. Liability & Insurance

  • Q8 Moto Academy provides training under strict safety measures but is not liable for injuries caused by negligence or failure to follow rules.

  • Basic first aid will be provided on-site in case of accidents.

  • Trainees are strongly encouraged to carry personal medical and accident insurance.


9. Facility Usage

  • All trainees are expected to respect academy property, including motorcycles, classrooms, and safety equipment.

  • Littering, vandalism, or misuse of facilities will result in disciplinary action.

  • Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.


10. Compliance & Disciplinary Actions

  • The academy reserves the right to suspend or expel any trainee who violates these rules.

  • Expelled trainees will not be eligible for a refund.

  • The academy management’s decision in disciplinary matters is final.
